Are the prices all-in? Yes, the prices are all in! So including tent rental, butane and electricity. One has to pay extra for hot showers at some campsites.
Should we bring linens and pillows? Yes, what you should take with you yourself are: bedding (pillows, fitted sheets, sleeping bag, duvet or blankets). If desired, it can all be rented though.
What else should we bring? Actually, all known supplies (detergents, toilet paper) and stuff you need on holiday like games, flashlight, clothes, books should be brought. Towels and tea towels should also be taken with you (however they can also be booked).
Which packages can we order extra? - sheetpackage (sheets, pillow, pillow case, blanket / comforter, mattress cover) - towels and tea towels - babypackage (bath, high chair, bed) - cleaning package - barbecue package - food package - activity packages, e.g. cycling (mountain bikes) - additional tent(s) for child(ren)
Are there fixed arrival and departure days? No, you can arrive and depart every day of the week. Minimum stay is 4 or 5 days, depending on the chosen camp site. Of course you're allowed to cut your stay short, but there should still be paid for the minimum amount of nights.
Are pets allowed? Yes and no, we have opportunities for people with pets. However to keep in mind hygiene and allergies, pets can not stay in the tent.
Are there any English-speaking employees in the area? Your first contact will be the reception/management of the camp site. They speak English. Further, you'll get the emergency number of the Czech member of our agency, or in case of real emergencies you can always call our emergency number
What time can we arrive at the campsite and at what time should we leave? at 15.30 you can get into the tent and the time that the tent should be left clean is 10.00.
Is there a disco (for children)? Yes and no, not at the campsites itself (it does occasionally have disco's organized), but there are disco's in the surrounding towns. However you'll need to take a cab or a car.
Is there an activity program (for children)? Yes, we organise outdoor activities for young and old in Prague, Lipno areea and the Bohemian Paradise / Giant Mountains, on a daily base.
Are there any places on or near the site to have a good meal? You can certainly eat cheap and tasty in the Czech Republic. A three course menu will perhaps cost you € 7,00 at most restaurants.
How is the cleaning of the tent regularly arranged? The principle is that the tenants leave the tent cleaned.
Should we pay a deposit? Yes, upon arrival you are requested to provide a deposit for the tent in the amount of € 100. This is returned upon departure, if the tent is clean and is left intact.
Are there activities throughout the year? In the off-season it can occur that some facilities and activities on the site are not offered.
Are there any wild animals on the site ? If you choose to stay at a camping during your holiday, you've chosen a vacation in nature. You must therefore keep in mind that any problems caused by insects or mice can occur.
